To prevent Linex emails from getting caught in your organisation's spam filter, ask your IT department to whitelist the following email domains:

• linexsystems.com
• opens.linexsystems.com

For some systems, this can be accomplished using *.linexsystems.com to include both domains with one rule.

For those systems which require sender IP information, please ask your IT department to clear 198.2.186.250 and 198.2.186.48.

This will mean that emails that come from Linex will be identified as genuine.
